一、适用内容与权利人 / 1. Covered material and licensor

“许可内容”仅指由拥有相应权利的作者或其被授权人（“许可人”）明确
标注适用本许可的新增原创内容及该内容的副本、修改和衍生部分。
许可人由该内容的版权声明确定；本许可不将其他贡献者的版权转给维护者。
仓库根目录 LICENSE 的适用范围和保留条款是本许可的组成部分。

“Covered Material” means only new original material explicitly placed under
this license by its copyright holder or authorized representative (the
“Licensor”), and copies, modifications and derivatives of that material.
The applicable copyright notice identifies the Licensor; this license does
not transfer contributors' copyright to the project maintainer. The scope
and reservations in the repository's root LICENSE form part of this license.

二、允许的个人用途 / 2. Permitted personal uses

在遵守本许可的前提下，许可人授予自然人一项免费、非独占、不可转授权的
有限许可，允许为个人、非商业的学习、研究和测试而查看、复制、编译、
修改许可内容，并在自己的设备上安装和运行。官方未修改版本也可用于
个人、非商业阅读。公司或其他组织的业务使用不属于个人学习用途。

Subject to this license, the Licensor grants an individual a no-charge,
nonexclusive, nonsublicensable, limited license to inspect, copy, compile,

for personal, noncommercial study, research and testing. Unmodified official
builds may also be used for personal, noncommercial reading. Use in the

仅仅免费提供软件，不意味着相关商业用途已经获得授权。

Unless separately authorized in advance and in writing by the relevant
Licensor, the Covered Material and modified versions containing its protected
expression must not be used directly or indirectly for commercial purposes,
including sale, rental, paid downloads, subscriptions or paid access;
preinstallation or bundling with devices, goods or commercial services offered
for sale or rental; paid flashing, customization, development or maintenance;
business operations, client deliveries, commercial product development or
advertising-funded services. Offering the software free of charge does not
by itself authorize commercial use.

四、学习交流与分发 / 4. Study sharing and redistribution

允许为个人、非商业学习交流而免费分享源码、学习笔记或测试构建，也允许
通过 GitHub 的公开仓库、fork 和 PR 进行此类交流。接收者直接依据本许可
获得许可，而非由分享者转授权。分享时必须保留本许可、根目录 LICENSE、
版权与来源说明，并注明修改内容，不得暗示修改版是官方发布或得到背书。
分享者只能许可自己有权许可的部分；同包第三方材料必须同时遵守其许可。

You may share source, study notes and test builds without charge solely for
personal, noncommercial study, including through public GitHub repositories,
forks and pull requests. Recipients obtain their permission directly under
this license, not by sublicense. Preserve this license, the root LICENSE,

法定例外。各第三方材料继续适用其各自许可。本许可不得用于限制 LGPL
组件本身的修改、调试和重新链接，或其他由组件许可保障的权利。
本许可不转让版权，也不授予将 kiikoread 名称或标识用于商业宣传、
冒充官方或暗示背书的商标权利；依法进行的真实来源说明不受此限制。

This license does not apply to existing material already licensed under
Apache-2.0, MIT, ISC, LGPL, OFL or other terms; revoke historical permissions;
or limit independently obtained rights, fair use or other statutory exceptions.
Third-party licenses continue to govern their respective material. This
license must not restrict modification, debugging or relinking of an LGPL
component or other rights guaranteed by its license. Copyright is not
transferred. No trademark permission is granted to use kiikoread names or
marks for commercial promotion, impersonation or implied endorsement; lawful,
truthful attribution remains permitted.

六、违反条款、免责声明及授权联系 / 6. Breach, disclaimer and contact

违反本许可时，本许可授予的权利自动终止；依法应继续有效的权利及其他
独立许可不受影响。许可内容按“现状”提供，在适用法律允许的范围内不提供
任何明示或默示担保，许可人不对因使用造成的损失负责。依法不能排除的
责任不受本条影响。本许可为自定义的源码可见许可，不是 OSI 开源许可证。
商业授权请通过 https://github.com/wegooo-cell/read-pico-reader 联系维护者；
维护者仅能授权自己拥有或已获授权的权利。未经单独书面许可不得商用。
中英文表述不一致时，以中文为准，但不改变任何第三方或既有许可。
本许可文本本身可为说明和应用本许可而原样复制与分发。

Your rights granted by this license terminate automatically upon breach;
rights that survive by law and permissions under independent licenses remain
unaffected. The Covered Material is provided “AS IS,” without express or
implied warranties, and the Licensor is not liable for losses resulting from
its use, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nonexcludable liability
is unaffected. This is a custom source-available license, not an OSI-approved
open-source license. Contact the maintainer through
https://github.com/wegooo-cell/read-pico-reader to request commercial permission.
The maintainer can authorize only rights they own or are authorized to grant.
Commercial use requires separate written permission. The Chinese text controls
if the translations differ, without altering third-party or existing licenses.
The license text itself may be copied and distributed verbatim to explain and
apply this license.
